Yuka specializes in working with gymnasts and dancers who want to have long and healthy careers. She teaches them how to integrate brain-based performance and rehabilitative work into their training so they can improve flexibility, stability, strength and recovery practices, and become more injury-resistant and resilient. Yuka also leads clinics for coaches and instructors to introduce a neurocentric approach to training.
Yuka aims to help her clients with near-term issues as well as provide them with tools, therapy and education that they can carry with them throughout their careers. In addition to being a Z-Heath Master Practitioner, Yuka has training and certification in orthopedic massage therapy and Pilates, and dance medicine.
