Practitioner Reviews
Z-Health is the most comprehensive, intelligently designed, and effective education and training system I’ve found in over 20 years as a physical therapist. I work with a wide variety of clients from patients suffering from severe pain to elite level athletes looking for an edge. I came to Z-Health with a diverse background in movement science, manual therapy, and sports medicine and felt I was getting very good, if not great, results. Integrating Z-Health into my practice has been a complete paradigm shift. I’ve been able to make more substantial gains in pain relief, movement quality, and athleticism, with much less time and effort. Regardless of the type of clientele, I’ve been able to dramatically accelerate my client’s progress by tapping into and accessing specific areas of the brain and nervous system typically ignored by other practitioners.

Not only am I able to help my patients better, but the exercises I learned in Z-Health corrected the chronic injuries and pains I’d dealt with for years from being a D1 college athlete and playing other various sports throughout childhood. I was also pigeon-toed and had no arches in my feet when I started the program 2 years ago, and now you can barely tell that I ever had those issues. I am continually amazed at how much my body and those of my patients has changed from doing simple neurology-based exercises. If you want to be able to fix issues in people that everyone else has told them can’t be changed or correct any lingering issues in yourself that prevent you from doing the things you love to do, then Z-Health is the right program for you.

My 16 year old daughter has suffered her entire life with mental health issues. She experiences severe anxiety, has bouts of severe OCD, depressive episodes, is on the autism spectrum, and has really bad panic attacks occasionally. Due to covid and her schedule being so disrupted the past few months, it has been more challenging for her than usual. Last night she experienced a pretty severe panic attack as well as feelings of dissociation- not good. She was in tears and pleading to be brought to the hospital- rarely a good place for this type of issue in my opinion. Knowing what I know from the curriculum (and she knowing what Z can do)- she allowed me to try to help her calm down. I gave her several spoonfuls of honey (fuel), went straight into bag breathing (more fuel), followed by eye convergence drills (from study referenced in S-Phase), and finished with TENS vagal stim under a weighted blanket (Next Ev)- 15 minutes after the worst of it, she was completely turned around and in a much better place.
