My journey into neurocentric training began unexpectedly—with an eye injury at the age of 16. At the time, it seemed to heal well, but nearly a decade later, I began to notice its deeper impact: my body felt asymmetrical, my sense of movement was altered, and it seemed as though the two halves of my body were no longer working in harmony.
As a personal trainer, I became increasingly curious about the roots of movement inefficiencies and postural imbalances. I sensed that conventional training methods often only addressed the surface. Through hands-on work and self-observation, I realized how strongly these asymmetries were influencing not just performance, but perception and control.
Seeking deeper understanding, I trained in manual muscle testing and explored the anatomical myofascial lines that shape how the body organizes itself in motion. These studies gave me a structural and functional framework—but it wasn’t until I discovered Z-Health that the full picture came into view.
Z-Health gave me the tools to see the body through a neurological lens—to understand how vision, balance, and proprioception directly shape movement, stability, and pain. Today, I work as a sport scientist and personal trainer in a private orthopedic clinic in Austria, specializing in post-surgical rehabilitation following joint replacement, as well as the care of patients with neurological conditions.
Z-Health has transformed my approach, allowing me to support my clients in a truly holistic way—tailored, precise, and grounded in the brain-body connection. My goal is to help people regain more than just function: I want them to reclaim control, confidence, and long-term resilience in their movement and life.
