The Z-Health Master Practitioner Program educates and certifies Z-Health practitioners beyond the standard Z-Health curriculum. First envisioned over a decade ago, this rigorous development program has grown into a world-class learning experience that produces graduates with a level of skill and professionalism that firmly places them in the upper echelons of the health and fitness industry and the top 1% of the Z-Health community.
Z-Health Master Practitioners are unique, highly-motivated trainers, physicians, therapists, and coaches from around the world who are willing to invest tremendous resources into being the best practitioners possible.
The Specifics
The Z-Health MP Program is an intensive certification process that takes a minimum of 3 years to complete. In order to qualify as a Z-Health Master Practitioner, candidates are required to:
Complete Every Certification in the Z-Health Curriculum
Following the completion of the curriculum certifications, Z-Health MPs then embark on additional testing and training programs linked to each of the above certifications. The total time investment to obtain the MP certification is over 1,250 hours on average.
Pursue Ongoing Education
As leaders in their industry, Z-Health Master Practitioners generally re-attend multiple certifications each year, either in person or online, to deepen their knowledge base, improve their applied skills, and keep up to date with advances in the curriculum.
Hady started his journey in neurocentric training in 2013, when he was guided by Romana Kučerová, a local physiotherapist in Bonn who specialized in neurological rehabilitation. During the last years of Hady’s medical studies, they developed treatment plans and ideas around structured brain-based training for major neurological disorders, with a focus on stroke rehab, Parkinson’s Disease, and migraines.
Soon after, Hady started to work with his own clients, primarily from the sports and fitness field, particularly bouldering and climbing.
After earning his medical degree, Hady decided to go into neuroscience. He began exploring the neuroplastic effects of different neurotransmitters on the brain, but due to the pandemic, his research was put on hold. It was time for a shift.
Currently, Hady and co-founder Marius are working on a digital solution for making neurocentric training accessible. With their company heyvie, they are trying to make a change to the world and help people get rid of preventable pain and disorders.

Luca Nussbaumer is the founder of the “neuronuss GmbH,” a neurocentric, holistic and interdisciplinary training approach in rehabilitation and performance.
As a sport scientist, Luca was never really happy and always in search of more precise, more individualized approaches to human health and high-level performance. After working in athletics for more than 10 years, he started studying with Z-Health in 2017 and found its fascination for a neurocentric approach and all of its power in multiple domains.
By working for the association “swiss unihockey” and Swiss Olympic, he brought a holistic and neurocentric approach into play. For the past 3 years, Luca has been leading and educating a team of sport scientists, neuro scientist and sport physios with his own company “neuronuss GmbH.” Next to the Swiss national team in floorball, a TOP 2 floorball club in Switzerland, he is working with high level athletes in hockey, skiing, tennis, handball and soccer. Besides that, Luca takes care of patients pre/post injury, concussion, and visual/vestibular issues. He’s pushing an interdisciplinary approach with different therapists and trainers to find the best solution for everyone’s health and development. Moreover, he is teaching the neurocentric approach in athletics and neurophysiology and created a mentorship education program for coaches, athletic trainers and physiotherapists with his team.

Since I was a kid, I’ve been really interested in movement and the ways to improve it—that’s why I first studied Sports Science, then Physiotherapy, and after that many movement-related programs, including the Z-Health curriculum.
I love working with people and helping them to improve their quality of life. In 2019, I opened my own Physiotherapy and Personal Training clinic, MOOOVE FISIOTERAPIA in Mérida (Spain), where I work daily with people to help them achieve the best version of themselves.
