Online Certification FAQs
If you are currently certified in a course, you do not need to take the online exam. Your certification is still valid.
Yes! Once you are listed as certified in our system, your Find A Trainer listing will be updated to show your credentials.
You do not have to certify. We know many students are interested in studying the material, and are not concerned with credentials. Certification is not required. You will need to be certified to to be listed on the Find A Trainer page, as well as to apply for the Master Practitioner program.
It is not required to certify before attending the webinar, but we do recommend watching the course and studying the materials to get the most out of your webinar experience.
No. We give our students the maximum amount of flexibility. Many students will study multiple courses at the same time, so you do not need to take the exams in order.
The Essentials of Elite Performance course is pre-approved for continuing education credits by the following organizations:
- National Strength and Conditioning Association: 2 CEU
- National Academy of Sport Medicine: 1.90 CEU
- Athletics and Fitness Association: 15 CEU
- National Council on Strength and Fitness: 7 CEU
In addition to these organizations, the Essentials course and all other courses can be submitted to your certifying organization to petition for credits. We have had many trainers successfully petition their organization for credits. If you need any additional materials from us for the process after you have contacted your organization please reach out to support@zhealth.net.
You will have lifetime access to the course materials. Your certification does not expire. We regularly update the course materials and encourage you to review the new materials.
Remember that we are focused on EDUCATION. We want you to know this material forwards and backwards to be able to use it to the best of your ability for yourself and/or your clients.
You will receive immediate feedback from the testing platform so that you can focus your study as needed. Once you have successfully completed the exam for the course, you will be able to download your certificate.
With the launch of our online certification program comes an amazing new opportunity: being able to study and certify in multiple courses at the same time!
Previously, your progress through the Z-Health curriculum was limited by the number of courses you could physically attend. For most coaches this requirement meant that they could complete a maximum of 3–4 certifications per year.
Now that you can choose to take your certification exams online after watching and studying the courses, you could FULLY CERTIFY in our curriculum in 12–24 months!
This flexibility also means you can study and certify in multiple courses at the same time – based on what you love!
