Z-Health Course Reviews
As a professional dancer and dancesport teacher I am in awe on what can be achieved by applying the concepts and techniques taught in the Z-Health Curriculum. Never in my whole life have I seen such tremendous change as I could witness with my athletes, may they be beginners, World Champions or Broadway stars. Z-Health always makes me humble, in realizing how beautifully complex and redundant the human nervous system is, but also in seeing in what can be achieved through smart training.

Personally, the Z-Health system has allowed me to mitigate the pain and movement dysfunction I accumulated over 20 years in the Army as a combat arms soldier. I was amazed at how much better I felt and moved when utilizing the exercises, drills, and methodology of this system, and still am. [...] Professionally, Z-Health has made me the most well-rounded trainer I could ever imagine. Regardless of the issue or dysfunction a client comes in with, their age or fitness level, or even the sport they want to be better at, I know I can improve them because of what I have learned in this system.

I had the good fortune to have witnessed Z-Health® training in action at my studio, as one of my staff was utilizing it with his clients. I'd glance across the room and see someone's posture or gait improve dramatically. I was so curious how these seemingly simple exercises where making such a profound difference with so little effort. [...] With Z-Health, we found the answer we had been seeking: a way to work with our clients that is less dependant on equipment and provides more self-efficacy. It explains why even simple movement can be overwhelming for some, why some people respond easily to movement and others never seem to change, why one side of the body may move so differently from the other, and provides simple tools for affecting change on a neural level, where lasting change occurs.

What is most admirable about Dr. Cobb and the Z-Health system is the unwavering dedication to transparency and effectiveness. There is no attachment to any one method, only objective assessments of the many tools available to therapists and coaches and their applicability in producing successful results. My ‘why’ for being a coach and opening a gym has always been very clear - help people become happier and to achieve more than they thought possible. There is no better system by which to accomplish this because Z-Health is a dynamic model that requires the application of neurological principles.

On a CrossFit Level 1 Seminar 2012 an italian participants talked to me about Z-Health and I was fascinated by what he told me. Finally I made it to a course in 2014. R-Phase changed my perspective on how training could influence the brain. After I-Phase I started training my eyes every day and finally got rid of my glasses. Along the way I also realized why I could not help some of my clients, there underlying problems were not on a proprioceptive level, but in a different system. The more I learn and understand about the brain, the more I implement in our gym setting. I just love the tools that Z-Health gives me to speed up the success of our athletes and that I am able to help athletes to achieve their goals or get rid of their pain.

I have suffered from debilitating back pain for as long as I can remember. When I turned 18 I went to massage therapy school so I could learn different techniques to deal with it. I took every medical Massage course I could find. The techniques would help my back for a while but then it would get bad again. The pain eventually got so bad that I would be stuck in bed for weeks at a time. It was very depressing and extremely scary. In 2010 I took my first Z-Health class. It changed my life!! I haven’t experienced back pain since 2012 and I contribute that completely to the information that I learned in Zhealth. Thank you Dr.Cobb for enriching the life of so many people.
