One unexpected benefit was the "how to start practicing" part. It was very beneficial for me to know the ethics of the brain-based training professional.

Learning about the threat bucket has changed my approach to therapy. It was so difficult helping patients understand the need to rest to maximize recovery and performance. Everyone would say, “but I’m not tired!” Though I could tell otherwise in their performance. Once they understand that rest isn't just to recover energy but for the brain to feel safe, they are more compliant and coincidentally, able to perform much better throughout the week.

The amount of information that you continue to provide is phenomenal, it keeps me learning new things and staying engaged.

The material is awesome and should be how more health care practitioners are educated.
