Hi everybody. I’m Dr. Eric Cobb with Z-Health Performance and I want to tell you a little bit about the webinar that we have coming up.

To give you a little background, here’s how it happened. Several months ago in the office, Rick, one of our guys here, was having a conversation with me and he said, “You know what I’ve noticed is that the people that come to Z-Health and stay with us a long time are people that have had a personal, what we call wow experience with some of the tools from Z. Maybe they’ve done an eye drill or an inner ear drill and they got more range of motion or they got stronger or they got rid of pain and when they have that experience, they go I want to know more.”

In the middle of the conversation, he said, “Doc, is there any way that we can create a kind of condensed program, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, something like that, that can help people have a personal wow experience?” I said, “I don’t know, but we’ll give it a shot.” Hence, the webinar has been born.

That’s what we’re going to be covering. We’re going to take you through tools from the Z-Health system and as I said, if you’ve read anything about us, you’ll know that we deal with the eyes, the inner ear and the rest of the body and how all those things interact within the brain. If you read my sign over here or know anything about Z, we talk about ourselves as a brain based training system.

We look at pain relief. We look at rehabilitation and high-level elite athletic performance, all from a brain basis.

In the webinar, we’re going to look at your visual system and do a bunch of exercises. We’re going to look at your vestibular system or your inner ear and do some additional exercises and then finally we’re going to show you how the musculoskeletal system and nervous system interact, show you some exercises there and then we’re going to put them all together.

The goal in this webinar is for you to have a personal “wow” experience.

Let me tell you my expectations. You’re going to come. You’re going to join us. You’re going to do the drills and at some point in there you’re going to go “wow, I didn’t think that would work.”

That’s what we’re going to be looking for in this particular experience. I’m really excited to share it with you. Like I said, this is my first time teaching this kind of condensed version in a webinar format.

Now, I do this all the time. I teach 200 days or so a year, so the teaching should be a lot of fun for you. It should be super interesting.

We have invited you to do it with a friend or family member. I think that’s super useful, because we’re going to be trying to be very scientifically objective in how we’re approaching this, so having someone there to work with will be super useful.
